Since 1977, SEGi College Kuala Lumpur has been a leading education provider in Malaysia. It was known for its business programmes, including LCCI and professional programmes like ACCA, CIMA, and ICSA, when it was founded as Systematic Business Training Centre (SBTC). The college has grown over the years by introducing new programmes, both home-grown and in collaboration with partner universities abroad such as the University of Greenwich, the University of Sunderland, and the University of Troy.
SBTC was renamed SEGi (Systematic Education Group International) in 2002, and it now has branches in Kota Damansara, Subang Jaya, Penang, and Sarawak.
