SEGi College Penang witnessed a heartwarming fusion of Valentine’s Day and Chap Goh Mei traditions on 23 February 2024, as students, staff, and guests gathered for a vibrant celebration organised by the Student Affairs and the Student Representative Council (SRC). The event, held on the college’s lively grounds, buzzed with excitement as attendees immersed themselves in a myriad of festive activities.
The atmosphere was adorned with the sweet fragrance of flowers, which filled every corner as individuals eagerly selected bouquets for loved ones and friends. Laughter and chatter filled the air, resonating from the lantern-making stations that dotted the campus. Participants showcased their creativity and reverence for tradition as they crafted intricate designs, each lantern becoming a testament to the spirit of the occasion.
