Community festivals such as the Chinese New Year are wonderful learning experiences for students. One such example is when SEGi College Penang’s School of Hospitality and Tourism Management took an educational trip to Penang’s Chinese New Year Miao Hui 2023 on 28 January.
In Penang, the highlight of the Chinese New Year is the Miao Hui, first held in 1999, which was the Year of the Rabbit.
