SEGi University’s School of Hospitality & Tourism attended the Ethnic Twist programme at the Raak Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Pondicherry and Coimbatore, India.
The event was held on 31 August and 1 September. The event aims to exchange knowledge about the ethnic twist between both cultures.
SEGi School of Hospitality & Tourism’s head, Muhammad Bonnie Lopez Abdullah, showcased various cooking techniques and shared his vast knowledge in the industry with the students there.
