International Women’s Day 2023, with its theme Innovation and Technology for Gender Equality, focuses on the necessity of preserving the rights of women and girls in digital environments and fighting online and ICT-facilitated gender-based violence. Stella Lau, Managing Director of SEGi University and Colleges, gave her opening speech highlighting this opportunity to evaluate achievements, advocate for change, and celebrate the bravery and tenacity of everyday women who have made tremendous contributions to the history of their nations and communities.
