Elizabeth Dubah anak Selamat, a Rumah Lidam, Julau, Sarawak student, has excelled in her academic career. Despite coming from a family with a landscape gardener father and a full-time homemaker mother, she received four As and a Muet Band 3 in her STPM at SMK Meradong. Her determination and passion for education stem from her position as the eldest of five siblings and her belief that education leads to success and respect, particularly in her community.
Dubah’s hard work and dedication have paid off, as she has been accepted into a prestigious B.A in Early Childhood Education programme at the University of Greenwich, which is partnered with SEGi College Sarawak. She is determined to show her siblings that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. Dubah intends to use her knowledge to educate and motivate children in her hometown to pursue education for a better life, allowing them to help their families.
