  • To provide leadership role to the Departments under the Registrar’s purview.
  • To administer and supervise the students’ registration, records and graduation functions.
  • To provide appropriate recommendations for the implementation of technology application that support services, registration and records enhancement.
  • To enforce strict adherence to Quality Assurance and Regulatory Bodies.
  • To manage and be responsible for the departmental budgets.
  • To collaborate with IT, Marketing, related Departments for improvement of students’ services.
  • To monitor the Regulatory Department for MQA/MOHE submission, new courses/ renewal courses, College License and MOHE License renewal.
  • To supervise the International Office Department and ensure College compliance with immigrations and KDN license renewal policies, rules and regulations.
  • To oversee the Examination Department’s entire flow of examination processes ensuring adherence to examination deadlines.
