Unveiling an impactful initiative in education, SEGi University & Colleges recently organised a Leadership Interactive Workshop for students of SMK Ledang. The event, held in Auditorium A, brought together registered counsellors, including Alice Lim, Hana, Loo, and Vinitha. The workshop aimed to inspire leadership growth among students by fostering self-awareness and practical skills.
The workshop revolved around the theme “Embrace Your Leadership Styles,” providing an interactive platform for students to delve into their unique leadership attributes. Through engaging games and activities, the students were guided to identify their distinct leadership styles, igniting self-discovery and self-confidence.
