The Marketing and Business programme offers a great opportunity to study areas of marketing specific to the marketing function within organisations (e.g. sales management), as well as the study of contemporary techniques in marketing practices such as direct and database marketing, and electronic marketing.
The emphasis at Year 1 and Year 2 is on the development of knowledge and the understanding of core principles and concepts in marketing, together with the development of fundamental understanding of its business context and relevance. At Year 3, students will focus on specifically on management challenges in marketing and in other business areas.
