Organisations are increasingly recognising that marketing is necessary for an organisation to improve and grow. Organisations need certain plans that work which may be concentrated into planning for the growth of the business and marketing the products or services the business offers.

The SEGi University College Bachelor of Business Management (Hons) in Marketing Management programme is multidisciplinary and provides students with a solid foundation in aspects of business while also detailing the important practical and theoretical principles of the marketing, including buyer behaviour, market research, marketing communications, services marketing, business-to business marketing, global marketing and marketing strategy.

The programme aims to develop students’ skills and knowledge in designing, developing, implementing and managing effective marketing strategies, as well as teaching students how to understand the customers’ needs and buying patterns.

Organisations are increasingly recognising the need for professionals with marketing knowledge and skills that can successfully market their products and services. However, as well as the skills and knowledge taught, organisations typically look for someone who is creative, flexible and enthusiastic in their approach to decision-making and problem solving.

This qualification opens a wide variety of career options within many different types of organisations in positions including marketing, product/brand management, management, sales, advertising, public relations, e-commerce and e-marketing, market research, communications, retailing and logistics.
