Offering a wide range of majors including Finance, Communications, Psychology and Marketing, students can choose to major in any of the offered majors or alternatively combine two areas of specialization as a double major.

Students also have the opportunity to transfer their studies to the Upper Iowa University (UIU) Fayette Campus at any stage. The program is based on the same structure as conducted at UIU.

Human resource management (HRM) is the strategic and coherent approach to the management of a businesses employees and HRM helps to shape an organisation through staff planning and recruitment, job analysis and design, appraisal of staff performance and assessment of training needs.

The Human Resource Management major is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate and manage a diverse range of organisational human resource functions.
