Degree in BA (Hons) Business and Management
This dynamic new university founded its Business School in the early 1990s. Its teaching has been recognised for excellence by the Quality Assurance Agency in UK. The University has since diversified its programmes to tailor to corporate clients, entrepeneurs and reseachers alike. It has developed four research centres under its Business and Management Research Group.

This programme aims to produce graduates capable of managing effective across the board range of discipline required in today’s challenging and rapidly changing business environment. Building on a sound base of training and the essentials of business law, accounting and the world economy, students gain a firm grounding in key management skills and techniques found in financial, strategic and knowledge management.

This programme seeks to equip graduates with the skills and confidence to contribute to a wide range of organisations and produce managers capable of managing effectively across the broad range of disciplines required in today’s rapidly changing business environment.
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

The employment record of business graduates is particularly strong: Graduates have taken positions as trainee managers and administrators in all areas of business. Opportunities also arise in banking, accountancy, insurance, marketing, education and in civil service. Business and Management graduates are well placed to make an immediate contribution in a broad range of production and service management positions, giving a wider choice of career options and ensuring rapid integration and career progression. The degree forms a sound basis for both management training and continuous professional development programmes. Many students also go on to study masters’ programmes including the MBA and International Business masters programme.
